Skills: HR professional with good knowledge of MS office, presentation skills, employee engagement, reporting and recruitments.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operation Support

  • Support in Policy & Process implementation and monitoring
  • Conducting Market survey for comparative salary, policy and trend
  • Conducting internal employee surveys, gather feedback and track actions plans

Employee Engagement

  • Organizing regular staff welfare and employee engagement activities (conducting informal team building exercise on floor)
  • Implementation and monitoring of reward and recognition program
  • Administer and ensure timely completion the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees
  • Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action wherever required

Compensation and Payroll Processing Support

  • Responsible for Maintenance of files, Salary data processing, confirmations, Apprisal and final settlements
  • Maintenance of attendance & leave records
  • Handling employee exit process including exit interview


  • Support in recruitment activities - Shortlisting, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database
  • Preparing Recruitment Progress Report

Skills / Other qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language
  • Proficiency in the use Microsoft office tools Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change
  • Preferably well versed with team working in Agile mode
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to provide organized, meaningful reports and progress updates


  • 2+ years working in an IT related organization

  • Hands-On Approach

Education: MBA in HR
