Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools – Naukri, social networks (LinkedIn), external recruitment agency etc.
  • Source the right candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn etc. based on match with JD
  • Find the external recruitment agency/consultant to meet the organization recruitment needs
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies in Candidates duplicate check, basic validation, alignment for tests and interview, further communication
  • Candidate screening, follow-up, getting test/interview conducted, negotiate salary, pre-onboarding process (CTC breakup, offer acceptance, document submission, resignation letter submission etc)
  • Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis
  • Creation of Job Description
  • Prepare and conduct online test through test tool like ThinkExam

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • 2-4 Years of experience of technical recruitment in IT
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language
  • Proficiency in the use Microsoft office tools Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good in data analysis (collecting data, creating chart, Snapshot etc)
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change


  • 2-4 Years of experience of technical recruitment in IT
