Test Manager

Experience: 12 – 14 Years

Skill Set: Software Testing, STLC, Test Stragegy, Test Scenario, Test report, monitoring, Team Management

Key Resposibility

  • Managing Testing Delivery (Planning, coordination, and control of various test activities which includes Progress report tracking, Task creation, allocation and prioritization, risk identification and mitigation, Sprint planning, sprint execution and review)
  • Managing Testing Team (mentoring team members for personal and professional growth, PMS Goal setting, Resource conflicts)
  • Managing End to end Testing Approach (for project and product, test strategy, plan and goal)
  • Managing Testing Process (Organizing and controlling the Testing process, process compliance checklist, for manual and automation testing)

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • 12+ Years of experience of Software Testing, STLC
  • 5+ Years of Exp Leading the team
  • Knowledge of Test Strategy, Plan creation, Test Scenario, Test Case Creation, Test Case Execution
  • Knowledge of Test case review
  • Knowledge to provide training to team member
  • Knowledge in Agile process implementation (sprint planning, execution, review)
  • Knowledge of implementation of testing automation
  • Knowledge of creating test progress report, quality report, monitoring and its publication
  • Ability to guide testing team
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

Experience: 12+ year's experience with Software testing, STLC, Team Management

Education: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech.
